Objective: By the end of class, students will be assessed on Into Thin Air and complete laptop project in conjunction with the story.

Direct Instruction

QUIZ - 5 questions - 10 points each - open book.

When you complete your quiz, you will receive a laptop. This project will be extra credit if and when you complete your quiz.

Using powerpoint (or other creative app if you have a better idea) create 2 slides:

1. The first slide should be a summary of the events on Mt. Everest from Into Thin Air. (who, what, when ,where, why).
2. The second slide should be  COLLAGE OF A MINIMUM OF 5 PHOTOS OF Mt. Everest.

Send to me as an attachment so I can print.  Each slide is worth 50 points.

REALIZE THIS IS A 150 POINT DAY SO BE ON TASK!!!!!
